Location: 15 miles north of Minneapolis/St. Paul. 2 Å miles west of Highway 35W (exit 32) in the City of Blaine, MN.

Practice Facility:

  • 450 yards long X 150 yards wide. double-ended, double- tiered with12,000 sq.ft. practice putting greens at both ends, 5,000 sq. ft. practice chipping greens at both ends featuring sand & rough & simulated fairways & even down hill lies. Includes target moguls plus substantial peripheral burming. All practice amenities.

Grasses:

  • Tees, Fairways, Greens bentgrass.
  • Greens average a massive 7,000 square feet!
  • Rough bluegrass/fescues . Multiple varieties.
  • Out-of-Play indigenous native grasses and wildflowers.
  • Aquatic 50,000 hand-planted units of vegetation representing 60 species (emergants, flowering, grasses & wet-edge et al).

Sand:

  • Formal bunkers Sidley white PGA TOUR spec sandbarged from Ohio Valley.
  • Waste bunkers fine grade native sand. Prairie islands.

Cart Paths:
